Refund Policy

1. General Rule: No Refunds

Due to the nature of our product being a downloadable, un-returnable Digital Asset (a custom UX/UI Teardown Report generated instantly upon purchase), we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the report is delivered.

2. European Union Residents (Right of Withdrawal)

By purchasing and immediately downloading/accessing the digital report, you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Protection Laws, as you are accessing the digital content immediately.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered strictly in the event of an undeniable technical failure on our end where the report fails to generate or deliver, and our support team is unable to manually provide it to you within 48 hours of your request.
